Cataract and Refractive Surgery

Refractive surgery is a method for improving or correcting a refractive error, such as partial blindness (nearsightedness), farsightedness (hyperopia), astigmatism, or presbyopia. By reshaping the cornea, or the clear, spherical vault at the front of the eye, there are various surgical techniques for altering your ability to centre your vision.
