Ophthalmic Genetics and Gene Therapy


Gene therapy is a fast-paced method that controls genetic expression to treat disease. Ophthalmic genetics is a branch of ophthalmology that specializes in the field of research. Leber Congenital Amaurosis (LCA) is a genetic disorder that causes defects by birth in children.
