It includes redness of the eyes, pain and blurred vision. This condition can affect one or both eyes, and it can affect people of all ages, even children. Possible causes of uveitis infection, injury, or autoimmune or inflammatory disease. Often the cause cannot be identified. Uveitis can be major, leading to lifelong vision loss.
